【中文】本发明公开一种多涂层智能高安全聚合物锂离子二次电池,包括负极片、正极片、聚偏氟乙烯涂层隔膜纸、胶体电解质及壳体,其特征在于,正极片含有温控智能可变阻抗涂层;负极片和正极片分别层叠排布于聚偏氟乙烯涂层隔膜纸的两面,层叠后的负极片、聚偏氟乙烯涂层隔膜纸、正极片卷绕形成电池芯,电池芯注入电解液后,经热聚合,电解液形成胶体电解质,电池芯内负极片、正极片粘贴于聚偏氟乙烯涂层隔膜纸两侧,形成非液态的聚合电池芯,电池芯、胶体电解质位于壳体内。本发明通过在正极活性物上涂氧化物涂层,改善电池在高荷电状态时正极活性物被氧化、产热,改善电池的安全性能和循环。达到改善了智能温控了电池的安全性,延长了电池的使用寿命。

【EN】Paragraph:The invention discloses a multi-coating intelligent high-safety polymer lithium ion secondary battery which comprises a negative plate, a positive plate, polyvinylidene fluoride coating diaphragm paper, colloidal electrolyte and a shell, and is characterized in that the positive plate comprises a temperature-controllable intelligent variable impedance coating; the negative plate and the positive plate are respectively laminated on two sides of the polyvinylidene fluoride coating diaphragm paper; the laminated negative plate, polyvinylidene fluoride coating diaphragm paper and positive plate are coiled to form a battery cell; after being injected into the battery cell, electrolyte forms colloidal electrolyte through thermal polymerization; the negative plate and the positive plate in the battery cell are adhered to the two sides of the polyvinylidene fluoride coating diaphragm paper so as to form a non-aqueous polymer battery cell; and the battery cell and the colloidal electrolyte are positioned in the shell. An oxide coating is coated on a positive active material, so that the condition that the positive active material is oxidized and heated in a highly charged state is improved, and the safety performance and cycle of the battery are improved. The safety of the intelligent temperature-controlled battery is improved, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.Image:201611138034.GIF
